The Smilin’ Bob’s Koozie Giveaway

Official Rules:

1. Eligibility: The Smilin’ Bob’s Koozie Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees of Smilin’ Bob’s and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Smilin’ Bob’s as final and binding as it relates to the Contest.
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting from 4/13/2023 and ending at 6/13/2023. All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible to receive a prize.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, post a photo of yourself enjoying Smilin’ Bob’s with our tub in the picture, tag @smilinbobs, and use the hashtag #SmilinBobsKoozieContest. Smilin’ Bob’s will select the first 50 eligible entries to receive a pair of Koozies. Entries that do not meet the criteria will be disqualified.
5. Prizes: The first 50 eligible entrants will receive a pair of Smilin’ Bob’s can Koozies. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection: The first 50 eligible entrants who meet the criteria will be selected as the potential winners. Smilin’ Bob’s will contact the potential winners via Facebook to obtain their shipping information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, Smilin’ Bob’s may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Smilin’ Bob’s and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of
